Way back in 2011, Christchurch was rocked to its core by a life shattering earthquake. 
Little did I know at the time, but this tragedy was about to set in motion a series of life changing events, resulting in the formation of the Mama Lash NZ.

Leaving hometown Picton and relocating with my partner Paul; a crane driver, we were both driven to help rebuild this amazing city. 
Having spent a lifetime as a mother of 5, in hospitality management and education sectors, I found myself at an impasse, unsure what to do and so I took up a job in a Christchurch office to pass the days. 

It was in this office job, at the age of 48, I was introduced to the world of beauty for the first time and fell in love.
I delved into the lash industry, and was fascinated by every part.  

The lashes, the craft, the way I could transform not just someone's day - but how 'they' - my beautiful clients, saw themselves. 

So rewarding was this newfound career path that I simply couldn't stop at one educational course - my passion and thirst for knowledge has driven me to partake in over 27 different educational courses in Lash Extension application, Brow Treatments and Body Waxing with Masters from all over the World.

This knowledge has resulted in myself-Mama Lash, becoming NZ's First International Expert Winner in Russian and Mega Volume application, Competition Judge, Conference Speaker, Founder of LASHES FOREVER, NZ Lash ICU as well as starting MamaLashNZ Academy, MamaLash Beauty Salon, and launching my own line of ML supplies.
